Intake and Scheduling

To begin therapy you will start with a 60 minute intake appointment to discern whether or not your chosen provider at Center for Compassion will be able to meet your therapeutic needs. If you or your provider feel as though it’s not the best fit, your provider will do their best to refer you to a more appropriate counselor or specialist.

After this initial intake, ongoing therapy sessions are 55 minutes long. It is best to commit to weekly therapy sessions in order to see the benefit of your work in therapeutic services. Your appointments will be scheduled when there is weekly availability within you and your provider’s schedules.

Intensive sessions are also offered on an as needed basis for acute needs and can last several hours.

To schedule an appointment, please complete and submit the form on our Book Now page. You can also call or text Center for Compassion at 480-530-6441, or send an email to info@thecenterforcompassion.com. Someone will get back to you within 2 business days unless we are out of the office.

Tele-therapy

Tele-therapy sessions are available for anyone residing within the state of Arizona. Video sessions are offered on a secure, confidential, and HIPPA compliant platform.  If you are interested in tele-therapy please identify this during your initial contact with CFC.
