Megan Bolaños, LAC

Associate Therapist (habla español)

she/her
Hello, my name is Megan Bolaños, and I am an Associate Therapist at Center for Compassion. My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existentialism which basically means we’re going to examine your thoughts while also working together to carve a way forward based on your values and goals. I believe that through understanding our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we can be empowered to do our best to navigate the enormous challenges we face in life. Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one or mourning other forms of change, I strive to create a compassionate space where you can explore your emotions without judgment. My goal is not to impose a timeline or framework, but to support you in finding your own way, honoring what has been lost while discovering meaning in what remains. My hope is to walk alongside you as we explore new perspectives, foster resilience, and improve your quality of life.
