Sandy Lundell, LMSW
Associate Therapist
she/her
Hello, my name is Sandy Lundell and I am an Associate Therapist at Center for Compassion. In building my own relationship with grief as well as having navigated the lasting impact of traumatic loss across generations, I deeply understand the significance of a safe, compassionate space to share your story and make sense of the complexities of grief. It’s important for those I work with to know that they are not alone as they face some of the most painful moments in their lives. While I specialize in traumatic bereavement, I also work with individuals experiencing general mental health concerns and life challenges. Additionally, I have knowledge and experience with the unique hardships military families face including deployments, family reintegration post deployment, PCSing, and TDYs, among others. As a person-centered and strengths-based therapist, I am committed to meeting each individual with compassion, authenticity, and nonjudgment. My approach integrates mindfulness to support presence and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. I believe that no two journeys are the same. Each person’s path is unique, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you explore yours.
