Griselda Solis

MSW Student Intern
(she/her)

Hello, I’m Griselda Solis, a Master of Social Work student at Arizona State University. My path into this field is deeply personal, shaped by my own experiences with loss, trauma, and the barriers many in my community have faced in accessing mental health support. These experiences inspire my commitment to reducing stigma around grief and mental health and to creating a safe, compassionate space for healing. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approach that honors each individual’s unique story. I support clients in navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and life transitions, while fostering resilience and well-being. Healing is a holistic process and never one-size-fits-all. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey of growth, resilience, and self-compassion.

Specializations: depression, domestic violence, immigrant communities, intimate partner violence, latinX, loss, women's issues

Mimi Snow, Counselor in Training

Counseling Intern
(she/her)

Hello, I’m Mimi Snow, a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am grateful to be considered in your healing journey and I deeply respect the courage it takes to step toward therapy. My intention is to create a gentle, grounded space where your stories can be unfolded with curiosity and safety. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and incorporates somatic awareness and mindfulness. I believe each person carries innate wisdom that can guide their healing, and I aim to help you access and strengthen that connection. Through my own experience with loss of community and the restructuring of my inner world, I have become passionate about supporting authentic self-expression. I am particularly attuned to individuals navigating faith transitions, identity exploration, and non-traditional relationship structures (e.g., divorce, single parenthood, and LGBTQ+ experiences). It would be an honor to support you as you reclaim clarity, strength, and alignment in your life.

Specializations: adolescents, adjustment to divorce, adults, anxiety, children, depression, grief, loss, LGBTQIA+, mindfulness, parenting concerns, trauma, women's issues, young adults, religious trauma, faith transition
